Can I place a bet through ITVoddsfinder from outside the UK?
If you are not in the UK then you will be unable to place a bet through the ITV Oddsfinder App.
A bookmaker I use isn't on the App?
If you currently bet with a bookmaker which isnt on the ITV Oddsfinder App, you will not be able to place a bets with this bookmaker through ITV Oddsfinder. We are always looking to add new bookmakers to the site and we will communicate to all users when a new bookmaker is added.
Who do I contact if I have a dispute about a bet placed on ITV oddsfinder?
Always contact the bookmaker where you placed the bet first, ITV oddsfinder only navigates you to a betting opportunity on the bookmakers website. If it is a technical issue on our side then of course please get in touch and we will do our very best to fix the problem.

How do I register my address?
During account registration, you’ll be asked to provide your full address. Ensure your address matches your payment method and ID for verification purposes. You can update your address anytime in your Account Settings under ‘Personal Information’.
How do I register my email?
Your email is registered during account creation and serves as your login credential. To change your email address, go to Account Settings and select ‘Change Email’. You’ll receive a verification link on your current email to confirm the change.
How do I become an ITV Ambassador?
We’re looking for passionate sports fans to join our Ambassador program. Visit the ITV Ambassador section in your account to apply. Ambassadors enjoy exclusive perks, early access to features, and special commission rates. Complete the application form with your details and we’ll review your submission.
What should I do if I forgot my password?
On the login page, click ‘Forgot Password?’. Enter your email address and we’ll send you a secure password reset link. Click the link in your email and follow the instructions to create a new password. For security, links expire after 24 hours.
How do I place a bet?
Browse matches in your sport of choice, select odds from your preferred bookmaker, choose your bet type and stake amount, review the details, and confirm. You’ll then be connected directly to the bookmaker to complete the bet. Your bet confirmation appears immediately in My Bets.
Is it safe to login to my bookmakers?
Yes. ITV Oddsfinder partners directly with bookmakers to provide secure login methods. The way we interact with bookmakers may differ depending on the provider, but all login methods are secure.
Who takes my money?
You are always placing a bet directly with your chosen bookmaker. ITV Oddsfinder does not take any money — we simply connect you to your betting account with the bookmaker for that specific bet.
